Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Support Echo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform and services offered by AZEEMİ TECHNOLOGİES VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ(“Support Echo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Turkey.

By creating an account as a Worker (candidate) or an Employer (company/BPO), or otherwise accessing the site at app.supportecho.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Nature of the Service

Support Echo is a vetted-talent introduction platform that connects Turkey-based multilingual workers with Turkey-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firms and companies.

Important Platform Role: Support Echo operates solely as an introducer and facilitator. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, labor broker, or Employer of Record (EOR). Any employment contract, work schedule, or salary negotiation takes place directly between the Worker and the Employer. We bear no liability or responsibility for employment relationships established through the platform.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• Workers: You represent that you are at least 18 years old, reside in or have authorization to work in the Republic of Turkey, and speak at least one of the multilingual talent pools indexed on our site. You agree to submit truthful, accurate details (including CV and video introductions).
• Employers: You represent that you are a legally registered business operating in Turkey. You must register using a verified corporate email domain. Accounts are subject to manual KYC verification by our administration before being activated.

4. Subscription, Billing & Merchant of Record

Employers must maintain an active subscription to browse the talent pool, view candidate CVs, play video introductions, or initiate direct messaging.

• Pricing: The current subscription price is €450 per month (exclusive of local taxes/VAT if applicable), which includes unlimited worker browsing, messaging, and hiring.
• Free Trial:A 14-day free trial is offered. Valid payment details (credit card) are collected up front. You will not be charged during the trial period and may cancel at any time. If you do not cancel, you will be billed €450 at the end of the trial.
• Merchant of Record:Support Echo utilizes a third-party Merchant of Record (“MoR”) to process global payments, handle billing compliance, invoice management, and apply relevant taxes. When subscribing, you transact directly with our MoR partner, subject to their payment terms.

5. Permitted Use & Worker Data Protection

For Employers, worker details (including names, CVs, languages, and video intros) obtained on Support Echo are highly confidential and provided under strict compliance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / Law No. 6698).

Strict Data Restriction: You agree NOT to export, compile, distribute, or share worker profiles or CV details outside your immediate company hiring discussions. Redistribution or commercial exploitation of worker details is a material breach of these terms and will trigger immediate account suspension and potential legal actions under KVKK.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Support Echo platform (source code, design tokens, logos, databases, and structural assets) are the exclusive property of AZEEMİ TECHNOLOGİES VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site for talent recruitment or job search purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Support Echo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding candidate quality, background verification, or availability. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from employment hires, data transfers, or service downtime. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Turkey.
