Refund & Trial Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Support Echo offers a **14-day free trial** for BPOs and Employers to test the platform. To prevent duplicate accounts and verify intent, we collect valid payment details (credit card) up front upon starting a trial.

No Charges During Trial: You will not be charged anything during the 14-day trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the trial through the self-serve billing portal on your dashboard, and your card will not be charged.

2. Subscription Charges

If you do not cancel your subscription within the 14-day free trial, you will be automatically billed the recurring monthly rate of **€450 per month** (exclusive of applicable local taxes/VAT) through our Merchant of Record partner.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same calendar day as your first billing date unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Support Echo. If your trial rolls over and you are charged but realize the platform is not the right fit for your hiring needs, we provide a **14-day money-back guarantee**.

You may request a full refund of your most recent monthly charge within **14 calendar days** of the charge date, no questions asked.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee:

  1. First, cancel your active subscription from your **Support Echo Dashboard** under Billing Settings to prevent future charges.
  2. Send an email to our billing team at privacy@supportecho.com.
  3. Include your registered company name, company email address, and the date of the transaction you wish to be refunded.

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. The funds will typically appear back in your bank account or credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exceptions & Abuse

Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are intended to provide peace of mind to new customers. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • An Employer has actively initiated messaging, obtained contact information, or successfully hired candidate(s) from the platform during the billed period.
  • There is evidence of account sharing, bulk profile/CV exporting, or other violations of our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is submitted after the 14-day refund window has closed.
